Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
For appointments made on the same day, please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the highest level of service for everyone.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
To ensure fairness and respect for all scheduled appointments, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and your appointment slot may be offered to another client.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be required to make a full nonrefundable payment prior to booking any future appointments.
Service Guarantee
We proudly stand behind the quality of our Acrylic, Shellac, Gel Polish, and BIAB services, which are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of your appointment.
Should chipping or lifting occur within this period, we will gladly carry out the necessary repairs complimentary of charge.
Please note:
~ The guarantee does not include colour changes.
~ Traditional nail varnish services are excluded from this guarantee, as they are not intended to be long-lasting.
~ We are unable to accept responsibility for damage, breakage, infections, allergic reactions, or issues resulting from improper aftercare once you have left the salon.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We encourage clients to communicate openly with their nail technician during the appointment so that any adjustments can be made immediately.
Once services have been completed and payment has been processed, we consider the treatment accepted and approved. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued after payment.
Patch Test Policy
For clients booking waxing or tinting services, we strongly recommend a patch test at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Clients who choose to proceed without a patch test do so at their own discretion, and the salon cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.
Gift Vouchers
~ Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
~ Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
~ No cash value will be provided for any unused balance.
~ We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
~ All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Children in the Salon
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all guests:
~ Children must remain supervised and within sight at all times.
~ Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for safety and insurance purposes.
~ Parents and guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children while on the salon premises.
Right to Refuse Service
For the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to:
~ Clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions affecting the treatment area.
~ Anyone who appears to be unwell, where providing treatment may pose a risk to themselves, our team, or other clients.
~ Anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff or other guests.
Important Client Information
~ Please inform the salon prior to your appointment if you have any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or reactions related to chemicals or beauty products.
~ If you experience any infection, allergic reaction, or concern following a treatment, please contact the salon immediately.
~ While every care is taken, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your visit to the salon.
